The top, middle, bottom

In entrepreneurship, it can be hard to know whether you’re on offense or defense.

How will you be able to tell if you’ve found PMF?

If you’re at the top of the market?

If you’re killing it?

Or if you’ve got a ways to go?

To help suss it out, one of my favorite adages from a founder I work with:

The bottom feels lonely,

The middle feels competitive,

And the top is collaborative.
