Okay, software is a thing
Ask and ye shall receive I guess!
I got a ton of great responses from my questions about software yesterday!
A few of the platforms discussed:
All-in-one Ops software
Expense management
Accounting software
Collaboration tools
Point-of-sale
Payments
CRMs
My biggest takeaway?
The feedback was a mix of two things:
Gratitude for great software that solves problems, gets things done, and delivers value worth every penny.
Frustration with tools that:
Don’t work as advertised.
Miss common use cases.
Are so complicated to set up you can’t even tell if they’re useful yet.
Lack integration with other essential tools (or force you to use software you despise).
Simply aren’t worth the price tag—leading people to DIY solutions instead.
I think this area might be worth exploring more...
