And since today feels like a Friday, we're switching things up this week:

The Friday Wednesday Finance Break

If you've ever nerded out about Time Management,

You've probably heard of the 4 D’s for managing an overwhelming To Do list:

  • Do: For quick tasks, just get it done

  • Defer: Pause things that aren’t urgent

  • Delegate: Reassign tasks you don’t like to others

  • Delete: Remove unnecessary tasks

I have one to add:

Design.

Here’s why:

As founders, we have a freedom many do not:

We created our working world.

And what we created,

We can change.

Is your company designed to generate the kinds of To Do items that you and your team actually enjoy doing?

Because you can delegate the annoying stuff,

If you can afford it,

But it might be a better and cheaper idea

To just redesign the company

That you built

To be less annoying.
