A question about classes
I had a funny conversation with a fellow service provider today:
We were discussing my upcoming Live Startup Financial Modeling 101 course tomorrow,
(Still a few tickets available for that if you want to join!)
And he asked me if this course was a lead funnel or "free preview" for my Fractional CFO services.
My answer:
OH yea, no definitely not.
I just started offering this course outside NYU to help pre-seed startups who needed a model but can't afford the $10–20K cost. My consulting focuses on larger startups/SMBs, but this lets me help other folks while at least covering my opportunity cost.
But here's the thing,
This is probably incredibly silly of me.
Because there are a MILLION courses I could teach for bigger startups and SMBs
But I just don't.
...Yet.
