It's not just sales.

So many early-stage companies only think about sales.

  • How to increase sales

  • How to sell for higher prices

  • How to convert sales with a lower CAC

But sales isn't everything.

Let's say I waved a magic wand and sent you 10X the amount of business you're currently doing.

What would happen to your company?

  • How would you distribute the work in your team?

  • How would you acquire the supplies you'd need to fulfill the orders?

  • How many people would you need to hire? Could you even afford them with your current cash?

  • How much time would it take to onboard, fulfill, or otherwise satisfy your promise to all these new customers? What would happen to your quality?

Sales doesn't fix everything.

In fact, it can just open up the door to a boatload of other potentially company-ending problems.

And while a CFO can be helpful while you're gunning for sales,

You might not realize how crucial they are

Until it's too late,

Because you're running to catch up

On the sales you suddenly have.
