Iteration without Insanity

The best early stage startups listen to their customers,
And constantly improve to achieve product/market fit.

To do this, startups must be nimble,
Ready to flex,
Turn on a dime,
Pivot if necessary.

But how do you follow the data without driving your team insane?
How do you move at break-neck speed without losing your best people along the way?

The Answer:
Allow everything you do to be an experiment from which your aim is to learn and get closer.

And for stability, hold onto these:

Mission: Why do you exist?
Vision: What do you hope to be in 10 years?
Values: What will and won’t you do to get there?
